Bay Aging has funds available for FY October 1, 2011 to September 30, 2012, to provide the following services: Communication, Referral, Information and Assistance; Public Information and Education; Disease Prevention/Health Promotion; Senior Employment; Homemaker; Long-Term Care Coordinating Activities; and Elder Abuse Prevention.
