and dedicated center staff.

- Receive beneficial therapeutic exercise.
- Dignified assistance with activities of daily living.
- Enjoy a USDA approved breakfast, lunch and snack each day
(assistance with meals is provided as needed).
- Periods of rest and relaxation as needed.
- Participation in field trips and visits from the public library,
pet therapy, musical activities, Bible study and more.
- For Eligible Recipients
- Services available to adults age 18 and over with disabilities
requiring supervision and/or assistance with activities of daily
living
- Day services are rendered on a sliding
fee scale basis when funding is available
or are reimbursed through Medicaid (if approved).
- In many cases, day service recipients are often battling
Alzheimer's disease or other form of dementia, Parkinson's
disease and cerebral palsy.
- Younger day service recipients are typically facing limitations
due to strokes, head and/or spinal cord trauma or other
developmental disabilities.
- Some recipients attend short term or intermittent as part of their
personal wellness regimen; others attend for years or on a regular
basis.
